Club Marlin Pacifica intends to develop a special area of this island paradise into individual building sites. Many will have ocean views out to the nearby islands that surround Isla Parida. Others will be adjacent to a tropical greenbelt with its natural beauty and abundance of colorful wildlife.

Although no date has been set for full scale marketing of these villa sites, a limited sign up list is available for interested parties on this website. This will allow the first individuals in the program to secure their piece of paradise and select their favorite villa site well before these properties are offered to the general public.
