NOTE: This demand must be received by the Trustee on or before the end of the 30th day from the date on the Escrow Instructions.

I am instructing you, Cajigas and Co., P.O. Box 6354, Panama 5, Panama, as my escrow agent, to return the funds you are holding for me in an Escrow Account, in connection with my deposit for a Club Marlin Pacifica Membership for a Casita and boat or a Villa Lot and optional boat. You are further instructed to send the total amount of principal and interest, less any bank charges for receipt and transmission of funds and the trustee’s fee of 1% of said deposit, to my bank, along with the enclosed deposit receipt, as stated in the enclosed wiring instructions or as otherwise instructed in writing herewith.

THIS NOTARIZED DEMAND, YOUR BANK DEPOSIT RECEIPT, AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS PREVENTS ANY OTHER PERSON FROM MAKING A DEMAND FOR YOUR FUNDS
