Please read the entire brochure before deciding to buy a Membership or Villa site at Club Marlin Pacifica, Panama. When you have decided to become a member, please do the following:

1. From the Membership Fee Schedule, select the size of unit with or without the 31' fishing boat, the price, and the two-week period you wish.
2. Complete the Escrow Instructions if you wish to purchase a Villa Lot with a Club Marlin Pacifica Social Membership in the First Phase 13 Lots.
3. If you wish to add a 35’ Cobo Express Sport Fishing Boat to your Villa Lot, check the option box and enter the price on the Escrow Instructions.
4. Complete the Escrow Instructions, Deposit Receipt, and Application.
5. Complete in duplicate the Membership Purchase Agreement for a Casita with or without a boat or a Villa Lot with an optional boat.
6. Retain one copy of the Escrow Instructions and Deposit Receipt and a copy of the Purchase Agreement.
7. These forms must be faxed or mailed to the Escrow Trustee along with your wired funds or cashier’s check to:

Should you change your mind, within 30 days of purchase, send the enclosed demand letter to the above address and your funds will be returned, along with all of the above listed forms.

NOTICE
Review Demand Letter before sending any funds to the Escrow Trustee for P.S.A./Club Marlin Pacifica. Club Marlin Pacifica reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and determine which is the first buyer of any lot if two or more buyers submit wired or mailed funds concurrently.

• This material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of Memberships at Club Marlin Pacifica. This offer is designed for a select clientele, such as a corporation or partnership with assets in excess of $5,000,000, or individuals who have a net worth that exceeds $1,000,000 or an annual income of $200,000 or more, and must own a private residence. On the basis of such factors as financial sophistication, net worth, knowledge, and experience in financial matters, or having an amount under management, an individual must be considered a “qualified/accredited member” under the rules and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the applicant resides. These Memberships should be considered as “restricted” and may only be sold back to Club Marlin Pacifica/P.S.A. at market value. There is no guarantee that any application for registration will be filed or approved, or that the restriction will be removed.
• This offer is neither a solicitation to buy nor an offer to sell a Membership to a resident of any jurisdiction in which registration of this offering is required, and is void where prohibited. This offer is in compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Resort is located.
• Registration or compliance does not constitute an endorsement of the merits or value of the Resort by the jurisdiction in which the Resort is located or offered.
• Memberships are subject to availability, on a first-come first-serve basis, and are limited. Payment in full by wiring or mailing funds is required to confirm a reservation.
• The prices and offer are subject to change without notice. This is a one time offer.
• Transportation, taxes, park entry fees, or incidental expenses are not included.
• Citizens in some jurisdictions are not allowed to purchase club memberships, directly or indirectly, without written approval from those jurisdictions and Buyer must provide said written approval to the Resort Developers and the Escrow Agent.
• Photographs are conceptual in nature only, have been provided by the government of Panama and independent photographers, and have been taken on and around the Pacific Coast and Islands of Panama.
• Plans and elevations are subject to change by government requirements or to improve the quality or desirability of the Resort.
• No sales person will contact you unless requested.
• No information provided by you will be used, traded, or sold by or to any other entity.
• Memberships are only purchased for use and not as an investment and there is no guarantee that there will be any increase in value, tax benefits, or income from Memberships.
• Memberships sold outside of some jurisdictions may not be resold or exchanged in some other jurisdictions.
• No journalist should provide any information in any jurisdiction that requires registration that could be viewed as an intention to induce the purchase of a Club Membership, specifically target citizens abroad, or as a directed selling effort or conditioning, the market to purchase a Membership in said jurisdiction.
